Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 & 3 to survey and demarcate boundaries of the petitioner land situated in Old Survey No.50, New Survey No.135, Minjur Village, Nanjai Survey No.13/2 measuring about 0.55 cents as per the petitioner's application No.2024/0123/01/000800 dated 08.02.2024 within a specific period of time.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of his land situated in Old S.No.50, New S.No.135, Minjur Village, nanjai Survey No.13/2 with an extent of 0.55 cents by considering his online application No.2024/0123/000800 dated 08.02.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the absolute owner of the property mentioned under the registered sale deed dated 25.04.1996 as Doc.No.2793/1996 on the file of the SRO, Ponneri. The petitioner submitted an online application on 08.02.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned land, but the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner submitted online application for survey of the land in S.No.13/3A to an extent of 0.22.5 2/5

hectares and the same will be considered, in accordance with law, within a time framed fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner in Application No.2024/0123/01/000800 dated 08.02.2024 and pass final orders, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
