This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the F.I.R. based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.10.2015 and investigate the matter and file a final report.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one N.Vijayakumar on the allegation of job rocketing. Though the complaint was lodged on 08.10.2015, till date no action was taken. Hence, the present petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that though he had contacted the respondent police, they have not chosen to give any instruction.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the 2nd respondent police to conduct an enquiry on the complaint dated 08.10.2015 given by the petitioner and upon enquiry, if the materials are gathered indicating any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law as early as possible.

6. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
