Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records in connection with the impugned tender-cum auction notice of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.147/04/A1 dated 27.10.2004, in respect of shops 1 to 22 at Bus Stand, Velur Special Grade Panchayat, Namakkal District, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to consider the renewal of lease in respect of the shops mentioned above of the members of the petitioner sangam. Prayer in W.P.No.32926 of 2004:
