This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 23.08.2022, while granting bail to the petitioner, wherein, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly without any default for more than a month and he seeks to relax the same. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials.
