HEMALATHA CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.13531 of 2021 IN CRL A.NO.663/2021 NAGARAJ [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, PERUR POLICE STATION, COIMBATORE DISTRICT CR NO 237/2015 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.663/2021 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposd against the petitioner conviction and sentence imposed against the appellant in S.C.no.43/2016 dated 26/08/2021 by Honourable III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore and release the petitioner on bail and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.663/2021 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARAVANAN P., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S R.MUNIYAPPARAJ, GOVT.ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY P.N.PRAKASH.J) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
