PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd respondent with No.3018/PM/RO-I/2018 dated 30.07.2021 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to issue orders regularizing the services of the petitioner in the post of Bill Collector Grade-II 1/4
