Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to float tender by following the due procedure contemplated in the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998, for allotment of shops constructed in the land comprised in Survey No.116/1 situated at Perur Chettipalayam Village, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore District.
