Prayer in W.P.No.26933 of 2022: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from taking coercive steps to evict the petitioner from shop Nos.27 & 28, Nehru Stadium Complex, Coimbatore, without complying with the orders passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.8112 & 8114 of 2022 dated 04.04.2022.

COMMON ORDER It is represented by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and by the learned Additional Advocate General that the petitioner has not come up with more amount or an equally matching amount of the successful bidder for the shop. The petitioner will now have to vacate the premise. Nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner placed a request that sometime may be granted. The learned Additional Advocate General stated that only about a fortnight time may be granted. Let there be some equity on this aspect and the petitioner may vacate the premise within a period of four weeks from today, the date of this order.
3.Let an undertaking to that effect be given to the respondents directly. I hold the writ Court cannot adjudicate over on this aspect of extension of time to occupy. Therefore, a finality is given that the petitioner should vacate the premise within a period of four weeks from today.
4.With the above observations, both the Writ Petitions stand closed. No costs.
