Prayer :- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the Labour Court, Coimbatore, the first respondent herein pertaining to its order in I.D.Nos.313, 314, 315, 316 of 1999 dated 13.11.2000 and quash the same and consequently direct the said Labour Court to drop further proceedings in the c.P.No.142, 138, 139, 140 of 2001 filed by the second respondent and direct the Labour Officer, Coimbatore to drop further action on the complaint in his File No.1713 of 2001.
