Crl.M.P.No.13842 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14910 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.14910 of 2023 dated 18.07.2023 viz., "the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 am until further orders".

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court .

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.14910 of 2023 dated 18.07.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
