ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondent.

2. This is an application seeking to condone the delay of 19 days in filing the appeal.

3. For the reasons stated in the affidavit and taking into consideration the short period of delay, though prayer is opposed, we are inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

4. Appeal be listed for admission.
