On the complaint given by one Ilango, the respondent police has registered FIR in Crime No.450 of 2024 on 06.08.2024, after conducting a preliminary enquiry. Alleging that the police is harassing the petitioner, the present petition is filed.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that complaint, regarding cheating about Rs.27,28,000/- under the guise of selling a property, received by the police which is under investigation. This petitioner is shown as one of the accused in the complaint. The respondent police will conduct the investigation in accordance with law and proceed. 3.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
