PRAYER : Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the Trial Court to complete the trial Court to complete the trial in C.C.No.3221 of 2019 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate for CCB and CBCID cases at Egmore, Chennai within a period of six months.

ORDER
The limited prayer sought for in the present petition is to expedite and complete the trial in C.C.No.3221 of 2019 within a period of six months.
2.The charge sheet came to be filed on 06.05.2019 and within three months, the petitioner herein, who claims to be the victim has filed the present Criminal Original Petition. It is no doubt true that whenever inordinate delay on the part of the Trial Court to complete the trial, this Court would exercise its powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., by fixing up a time limit. But in the instant case, since the petitioner had rushed to this Court within four months, this Court may not be justified in fixing up a time limit for conclusion of the trial. 3.Nevertheless, if the petitioner, after at a later stage, finds that there is an inordinate delay in completing the trial he may file a similar application before this Court seeking for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
speedy disposal of the case. As such, I do not find any merit in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
