ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent police to take into consideration the offences made out in the complaint given by the petitioner registered in Crime No.5/2015 on the file of the respondent police more particularly under Sections 466, 468, 469 and 420 of IPC. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by him and on the direction of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3368 of 2015 dated 04.03.2015, a case has been registered in Crime No.5 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 341 and 506(ii) of IPC. He further submitted that the offences has to be altered, more particularly, Sections 466, 468, 469 and 420 of IPC. 3.Today (30.03.2016), the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the alteration report stating that the offences were altered to Sections 466, 468, 469 and 420 of IPC. He further submitted that alteration report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvotriyur on 16.03.2016.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
