This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the appellants 2 and 3 as legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant.

2. I have gone through the affidavit in support of the application which is filed in time. It is seen from the records that the deceased sole appellant died on 27.05.2021 leaving behind his wife and son who are now proposed to implead themselves as appellants 2 & 3.

3. The Learned Counsel for the 1st respondent has no objection in allowing this application. The respondents 2 to 25 were already set aside exparte in the above Second Appeal.
