Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent submits that the parties have entered into a compromise and pursuant to which, the Common Compromise Memo dated 29.04.2019 is filed before this Court today. The contents of Memorandum of Understanding cum Joint Development Agreement dated 16.04.2019, the learned counsel wanted this Court to record and dispose of this application in O.A.No.1223 of 2017 in O.P.No.73 of 2018 in terms of the Compromise Memo.

2. Considering the said submissions made before this Court and taking into account the Common Compromise Memo dated 29.04.2019 entered into between the parties, this Court by taking into reference the contents of the Common Compromise Memo is inclined to dispose of this application strictly in terms of the Compromise Memo.
