This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.343 of 2019 dated 16.9.2019 1/3

before the concerned court within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation in the case has been completed and the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Kancheepuram.

4. In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Kancheepuram to act upon the final report filed by the respondent within a period of four (4) weeks and proceed further in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
