This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that, petitioner should stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, B2 Esplanade Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.00 a.m., and 7.00 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11992 of 2023 dated 25.05.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
