PRAYER:

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.5048/E1/15, dated 04.02.2017 and quash the same and consequently issue direction directing the respondents to disburse all the benefits of the petitioner withheld by the respondents.
