O R D E R

The petitioner made two representations on 09.01.2015 and 11.03.2015, alleging that he has got share in the property by inheritance. It has also been stated that the name of the private respondents namely, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have been wrongly included. As the said representations are pending consideration before the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

3. Considering the above facts and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent No. 2 to consider the pending representations of the petitioner dated 09.01.2015 and 11.03.2015 and pass appropriate orders on the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other third parties, if any, including the respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
