When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter have been settled and the STC.Nos.710, 709, 676, 712 & 711 of 2022 respectively on the file of the FTC-IV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town were disposed of on
15.12.2023, to that effect E-Court status has been produced and the Criminal Original petitions have become infructuous.
2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the prayer sought for in these petitions have become infructuous.
