Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.

By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2019 and 14.02.2019.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a blind person belonging to backward community possessing SSLC, Plus Two and Diploma in Telephone Operator Course. The petitioner had registered himself with the employment on 21.06.1993. He was not provided employment. To the shock and surprise, the third respondent had issued a letter dated 07.01.2019 wherein it was stated that people who have registered with the special employment agency till 02.12.1997 were given employment. It is not clear as to why and how the petitioner's name was not bypassed and overlooked. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 07.02.2019 and 14.02.2019, but till date his representation was not considered by the respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed the above writ petition. 5.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that it would be suffice to issue a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation in accordance with law.

Without expressing any opinion, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2019 and 14.02.2019 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
