This Petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties in the direction issued in anticipatory bail order granted to the Petitioner on 26.07.2023 in Crl.OP.No.15582 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Petition, the prayer sought for by the Petitioner deserves to be considered in his favour.

3.Accordingly, time is extended till 20.09.2023 for the Petitioner to execute the sureties and comply with the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
