This writ petition has been listed before this Court under the caption for extension of time'' along with the report sent by the learned Presiding Officer, , vide Ref.No.SA 503/2022/DRT II/3 dated 11.02.2026.

2. It is seen from records that this Court, vide its order dated 12.08.2025, directed the learned Judge to complete the trial proceedings in S.A.No.503 of 2022 within a period of 12 weeks.

3. Now, the learned Judge, has sent a communication seeking further period of one month time to complete the trial in the said case.
