ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under section 174 Cr.P.C and section 420 of IPC, in Crime No.667 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the husband of the defacto complainant had received a loan from the petitioner in 2010 and had executed Power of Attorney for his land in favour of the land without the knowledge of the defacto complainant's husband, when the defacto complainant questioned about the same, the petitioner demanded 1 Acre 70 cents. For which, the defacto complainant and her husband executed sale deed in favour of the petitioner's wife. Thereby the petitioner is alleged to have cheated the defacto complainant and due to which caused mental agony to the defacto complainant and thereby he died and lost his life. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are no way connected with the occurrence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is at initial stage. Hence, he vehemently opposed grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners .

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that the investigation is at initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners .

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
