The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30 a.m. until further orders passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.14810 of in Crl.O.P.No.15759 of 2023, dated 19.09.2023.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from September 2023 till August 2024; that no previous case is pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is still pending.

Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, and also considering the nature of offences, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
