Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Prohibition forbearing/prohibiting the 3rd respondent, from conducting Mediation/Kangaroo Court upon the complaint of the 4th Respondent and assisting and enforcing settlement of the civil dispute by partition and allotment of 1/3rd share in the petition properties to the 4th Respondent by extra judicial/un-constitutional means. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Prohibition forbearing/prohibiting the 3rd respondent, from conducting Mediation/Kangaroo Court upon the complaint of the 4th Respondent and assisting and enforcing settlement of the civil dispute by partition and allotment of 1/3rd share in the petition properties to the 4th Respondent by extra judicial/un-constitutional means.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
