The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2021. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the property in S.No.68/1, however, the respondents 3 and 4 obtained UDR patta in their favour for the very same property. Hence, the petitioner made representation to the first respondent seeking to cancel the said patta and since there is no response, has filed this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the subject property is the petitioner's ancestral property, however, without any title, the third respondent's father executed settlement deed in favour of the third respondent. On coming to know about the same, the petitioner has also made representation to the second respondent to cancel the said document. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2021. 2/4

4.Perusal of records disclose that settlement deed executed by the third respondent's father is in respect of S.No.415/15, 68/1 and petitioner's father was granted patta in respect of S.No.415/14, 68/1. In view of the above, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted.

5.The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy before the competent civil Court in the manner known to law, as against the private respondents. No costs.
