A.No.4280 of 2024 in C.S.(Comm.Div.) No.DR111885 of 2024 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By this application, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the respondent before this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant refers to the service franchise agreement between the applicant and the respondent and, in particular, to clause 68 thereof which confers exclusive jurisdiction on Courts in Chennai in relation to disputes arising out of the agreement.

2. Upon examining the plaint and material documents, especially the service franchise agreement, it appears that this Court has jurisdiction to entertain the suit. Therefore, leave is granted as prayed for. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
