The petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in para no.3 by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10080 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10492 of 2024 by order dated 16.07.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
