ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the third respondent to conduct site inspection and issue a site visit certificate to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2025 and 26.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the site visit certificate has been issued to the petitioner and therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous, and nothing survives further for adjudication in this matter.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 23-07-2025 jai
