ORDER
This Civil Revision petition has been filed against the order of dismissal of learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur in Crl.M.P.No. 4052 of 2017 in Cr.No.1459 of 2017. Crl.M.P.No.4052 of 2017 was filed for returning the following properties to the petitioner:
1) Epson L365 printer Block colour
2) Harison cutting machine.
3) Rice pulling Rice
4) Black colour apple I Phone no.9791157234
2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the final report has been filed in this case and the learned Magistrate No.I, Alandur has taken cognizance of the offence in C.C.No,207 of 2018 and the case has now been transferred to Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur. This case involves printing of currency notes. The properties will be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
required for marking as material objects. The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for early disposal of the case.

Considering the submissions and also the fact that final report has been filed and the case is pending in C.C.No.207 of 2018 for nearly 2 years, this Court is of the considered view that while rejecting the petitioner's claim for return of the property, the Trial Court may be directed to dispose the case as early as possible preferably within 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly
4. In the result this petition is dismissed and the Trial Court is directed to disposed the case as early as possible preferably within 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
