O R D E R

This Petition is to quash the FIR in Crime No. 139 of 2019 on the file of Thakkolam Police Station, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation was conducted and a final report was filed in C.C.No. 178 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam.

3. In view of the same, the prayer in the quash petition has become infructuous. Hence, this quash Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report if they are advised to do so.
