ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to give Police protection to the petitioner's family and property to an extent of 3 Acres of agricultural land comprised in Survey Nos.21/2A in D/No.155, Kaarappattu colony, Kaarappattu, Uthangarai taluk, Krishnagiri district based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 11.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that till date, no complaint has been received from the petitioner and that if fresh compliant is given in person, the same will be dealt with in accordance with law.

3. In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to petitioner to submit a fresh representation / complaint along with all the relevant documents to the second respondent and the second respondent shall conduct an enquiry and shall take a decision strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the complaint.
