(CRIME NO.419/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the condition shall Appear before the respondent police on every monday at 10.30 a.m. till the Investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed imposed by this Hon`ble Court dated 07.10.2021 in Crl.MP.NO. 10388 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No. 16027 of 2021 in Cr.No. 419/2021 on the file of the respondent police and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the above stated circumstances and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GOMATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners inCrl.M.P.No.10388 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16027 of 2021 on 07.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
