This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted to the respondent in the above Crl.O.P.No. 5758 of 2023 dated 22.05.2023.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that they have come forward with this petition to cancel the bail stating that the respondent/accused has not appeared and not signed before the concerned police station after his release from Central Prison on 06.07.2023. Therefore, they prayed to cancel the bail granted in favour of respondent/accused in the above complaint.

3. Considering his submissions and also the fact that he has not complied the condition imposed by this court and also there is no representation on the side of respondent/accused today, this Court is inclined to cancel the bail granted by this court on 22.06.2023 to the petitioner.
