This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC based on complaint given by the defacto complainant.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that no FIR has been registered as against the petitioner and enquiry has been conducted on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant and further the petitioner was not harassed during the enquiry.

Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed.
