Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for and quashing the records connected with Impugned order Ref No.TN/CHN/ 39349/CCIII/18/7A/2012 dated 09.07.2013 passed by the 1st respondent under section 7A of the Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, which was received by the petitioner on 05.08.2013 and direct the respondents to refund of the contributions paid for its employees with regard to allowances for the period November, 2008 to 1/4

November, 2012.
