The petitioner seeks quashing of the F.I.R.No.572 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent herein.

Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instruction, submitted that the F.I.R. has been investigated and charge sheet also laid on 01.07.2019 before the concerned jurisdiction Magistrate. As such, an effective orders can be passed in this present petition.
