The learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore is directed to submit an explanation as to how provision of law under which the general notice dated 30.09.2021 has been issued by him stating that since web copies of orders are available no application need be made for issue of certified copies of the order. He may also clarify as to whether the Court has dispensed with the supply of certified copies of the order with effect from 30.09.2021.

3. The report shall reach this Court on 11.10.2022.

4. The Registry is directed to number the above appeal.

5. The Registry is also directed to issue the the said order with the concerned Judicial Officer forthwith.

6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal and list tomorrow i.e; on 30.09.2022.
