ORDER

The Registry has received a communication from the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur, in D.No.11007/2025 dated 05.12.2025 seeking extension of time to dispose of the suit in OS.No.412 of 2021.

2. This Court by judgment dated 23.07.2025, directed to dispose of the suit by 31.12.2025, but the District Court has expressed certain practical difficulties in dispose of the suit as directed by this Court and sought two months time.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant states that the District Court has now posted the suit for judgment on 10.02.2026.

4. In the light of the above, the request of the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur for extension of time is acceded and the suit shall be disposed of by 20.02.2026.
