This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.107501 of 2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 as well as the 4th respondent and perused the entire materials available on record.

3.Though notice has been served on the 3rd respondent and their name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
