PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to amend the Bail to the satisfaction Court of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Kilpennathur instead of Bail to the satisfaction of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Thiruvannamalai and the petitioner was confined in Central Prison, Vellore instead of Central Prison, Puzhal in Crl.O.P.No.19804 of 2025 Petition and order dated 14.07.2025 on the file of this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the Bail to the satisfaction Court of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Kilpennathur instead of Bail to the satisfaction Court of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Thiruvannamalai and the petitioner was confined in Central Prison, Vellore instead of Central Prison, Puzhal in an order dated 14.07.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.19804 of 2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in an order dated 14.07.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.19804 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy. Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19804 of 2025 dated 14.07.2025. 21.07.2025 cda Page No.2 of 4
