ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.02.2015. 2.The petitioner lodged a complaint on 07.02.2015 before the respondents as against one Janaki, Gunasekaran and Murugan and two others on the allegation of land grabbing. But till date no action has been taken. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint was sent only by post and if a direction is given to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint, necessary action will be taken.

5.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh complaint along with all the documents and copy of this order to the 2nd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, the 2nd respondent is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

6. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
