ORDER

Challenging the notice of the second respondent dated 24.08.2016 and the consequential notice of the third respondent dated 22.09.2016, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reports no instructions. In fact, the matter has been posted under the caption 'for dismissal' in view of the non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner on the earlier occasions.

3.Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the petitioner has already given an undertaking dated 04.01.2017 in the stamp paper to the effect that he has stopped the business and he is withdrawing the writ petition. In the undertaking, he has further stated that it has been given voluntarily without any coercion.

4.In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
