The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.06 of 2015 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after due investigation, charge sheet has been filed which was taken as C.C.No.26 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee.
