ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19.03.2024 seeking appropriate action as against the third respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen that the petitioner applied for certain information before the third respondent and the same was rejected. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed first appeal before the second respondent and the same was also rejected and the same was confirmed by way of second appeal. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted another application and the information has been provided.
4. Now, the petitioner sought for information to take appropriate action as against the third respondent. Admittedly, the information sought for by the petitioner was already provided and as such, this Court finds no merits on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.
5. In view of the above, the direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered. Thus, the writ petition lacks merits and it is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
