ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the fourth and fifth respondents herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 04.07.2016 and reminder representation dated 11.08.2016 to measure the boundaries bearing S.Nos.376/1 and 378/1 as per Revenue Records belongs to the petitioner which is situated in Pulinyaguruchi village & post, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District.

2. Heard both sides.

3. According to the petitioner, he wants the subject property to be surveyed as per decree in O.S.No.236 of 2010 and made representations dated 04.07.2016 and 11.08.2016. However, the petitioner has neither enclosed the decree copy nor paid the money.

4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to make a proper application along with necessary challan for payment and copy of the decree and when such an application is made, the authority concerned shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving notice to all the parties as expeditiously as possible. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
