Mr.G.Meganathan, learned standing counsel appeared for the Deputy Commissioner (Customs), Chennai Port had also reported that the Deputy Commissioner is present before this Court.
2. Even though, the learned counsel makes an oral submissions on the statement of facts, he is directed to file a detailed response to the report of the learned Advocate Commissioner dated 03.09.2024.

The learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a Report stating that the excavator was repossessed and handed over to the applicant. Further, she seeks an additional remuneration.
4. The Report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record.
Considering the efforts made by the learned Advocate Commissioner, the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.40,000/- as additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner on or before 03.10.2024.
