When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a comprehensive writ petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

challenging G.O.Ms.No.22 dated 24.02.2014. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
